1. DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY AUTOMATION
Upon successful payment clearing via our authorized secure card processors (Stripe / PayPal), the customer will be instantly redirected to a secure checkout success screen containing their download links. A simultaneous automated confirmation email will be dispatched containing access loops to the fully editable Microsoft Word (.docx) and print-ready PDF files. It remains the customer's sole responsibility to input a valid, operational email address at the point of purchase.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LIMITED COMMERCIAL LICENSE
When you purchase a template bundle from LegalVault, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use, edit, and duplicate the document for your personal business, property management, or individual commercial operations. You are strictly prohibited from reselling, sub-licensing, redistributing, or uploading our raw file templates to public file-sharing networks or competing digital document stores.

3. REFUND AND QUALITY POLICY
Due to the digital, instantly downloadable nature of our digital goods, all single product transactions are generally final. However, LegalVault stands behind the structural integrity of our legal architectures. We provide an absolute 48-Hour Quality Guarantee: if a downloaded document blueprint contains structural layout formatting errors or does not materially match the product catalog description, submit a support ticket within 48 hours of purchase, and our administrative desk will issue a replacement file or a full checkout refund.
